Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research and Development Reporting Assistant to manage and coordinate the research and development (R D) reporting efforts for all divisions. The individual in this role will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and maintaining information related to the company's R D activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with various department heads to ensure project data is up-to-date and properly reflected in R D financial reports.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collect and analyze data required for research and development (R D) financial reporting for all divisions. Accurately enter R D related information into the company's project management forms. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the R D reporting process. Attend meetings with various departments to stay informed on current and upcoming projects. Support internal and external audit processes related to R D matters. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong math skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities. Ability to compile information and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Proficiency with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and with teams
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Able to perform regular bending, twisting, and lifting to shelve Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
