Role Overview As a Research Study Assistant II, you will play a vital role in carrying out research projects within regulatory compliance guidelines. You¿ll interact with internal and external stakeholders, support study participants, and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to advancing healthcare research and improving patient outcomes. What You Will Do Interact with internal and external customers at all levels to support research initiatives. Complete day-to-day operational tasks for ongoing studies. Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants. Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure stakeholder compliance. Provide additional support as needed to meet study objectives. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of work experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in research and/or healthcare. OR Associates degree in a research or healthcare-related field and one (1) year of research and/or healthcare experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulatory compliance in research settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
