About the Research Analyst Role Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Research Analyst will play a key role in shaping our understanding of client needs, technology trends, and operational performance. You'll work closely with technical teams, account managers, and leadership to gather, analyze, and present data that informs both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support service development and client proposals.
• Analyze internal performance metrics, client feedback, and support ticket data to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including leadership and technical teams.
• Collaborate with service delivery and support teams to ensure research findings translate into practical enhancements.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases and documentation to reflect the latest research and insights.
• Support client-facing teams with tailored research to address specific client challenges or opportunities.
