$145,000 for 10-month appointment Description The Industrial Relations Section (IRS) and the Department of Economics invite outstanding researchers to apply for 10-month appointments as IRS Postdoctoral Research Associates for the academic year 2027-2028. Current IRS research interests cover labor economics, broadly defined, and include but are not limited to: aspects of unemployment and racial discrimination, the economics of labor supply and retirement, education, income distribution, wage and employment determination, labor turnover and job duration, and labor unions. Research Associates will work closely with one or more IRS faculty members during their stay and participate in the activities of the IRS, including faculty-graduate seminars, workshops and public lectures, and enjoy access to a wide range of other activities throughout the University. Postdoctoral Research Associates may participate in the teaching program depending on departmental need and if mutually agreed, with sufficient course enrollments, and with the approval of the Office of the Dean of the Faculty. Applications will be reviewed beginning December 2026; applications will be accepted until position is filled. The work location for this position is in-person on campus at Princeton University.
