The Student Technical Specialist will assist with research activities, including conducting literature reviews, participating in
WEAVE NM
research meetings, drafting summary reports, performing ad hoc research duties, and participating in research training and manuscript preparation. Under the supervision and guidance of the Program Manager, the technical level student employee will be responsible for organizing and implementing the logistics of the structured discussions in Aim 3 with community partners, as well as preparing project materials and providing daily support to project faculty, staff, and partners, as needed. Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at UNM
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA and maintain good academic standing
