40.0 Responsibilities Collaborate across functions to develop technical solutions supporting release (on-market) products and assist R D in new product development, focusing on manufacturability and transfer into manufacturing. Maintain accurate, precise, and legible lab notebooks documenting experiments and procedures. Write detailed reports and technical summaries summarizing findings and progress. Apply scientific method and experimental design principles to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Utilize scientific expertise to provide solutions to a broad range of technical challenges. Define short and mid-term objectives and develop plans to achieve these goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant experience in the IVD industry or similar, or Master's degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or PhD with 1+ year relevant experience. Hematology experience is absolutely required , including blood analysis techniques, interpretation of hematologic data, and familiarity with laboratory methodologies. Some leadership experience, such as project lead, project manager, or supervisor, with a proven track record of leading projects or teams. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
