Job Summary:
Medical Student Fellow within the SUNY Upstate Medical University/Crouse Health Interdisciplinary-Interprofessional Addiction Fellowship, a 6-month program aimed to prepare healthcare professionals from various medical and mental health specialties for academic and clinical careers in Addiction Treatment. The clinical rotations and academic activities will aim to help fellows develop skills and expertise in the areas of Advocacy, Mentoring and Education, Recovery/Wellness Support, and Ethical Responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Medical Student Fellow:
Current medical students affiliated with SUNY Upstate Medical University, MS3 or MS4.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral form with persons of varying educational and cultural backgrounds. Competency in appropriate computer software applications.
Work Days:
