Job Description Research Aide (RA) will be responsible for data management and entry into SPSS for all data collected for above named project and for the organization of study-related materials. The RA will manage speech data files including de-identification and organization of files for rating. The RA will assist the Project Coordinator in recruiting and tracking subjects, following up on missing documents, and completing time dependent reports such as IRB filing and annual grant reports. The RA will assist Investigators in literature searches, manuscript preparation, including Endnote documentation of references.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists with Data Retrieval and Entry into OnCore and other databases Prepares subject case from binders and study information packets Enters research data into computer-based statistical program (SPSS) Assists Project Coordinator in tracking research subjects, scheduling appointments, preparing packets, preparation of annual reports, and filing IRB reports Assists investigators in manuscript preparation including library research and entering references into ENDNOTE. Performs general filing and organization of paper research data
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma /
GED Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of related work experience Experience with medical terminology Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
