Standard Shift Job Summary Seeking an entry-level Research Technician to support Hair Care R D through hands-on laboratory testing, sample preparation, technical evaluations, and data documentation.

The role involves operating lab equipment, conducting technical and sensory testing, supporting consumer studies, and collaborating with scientists to drive product innovation. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory experiments, sample preparation, and product testing.

Execute technical and sensory evaluations and document results.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

Support consumer testing, packaging coordination, and sample shipments.

Maintain accurate test records, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.

Assist with regulatory documentation (EPASS, Dossier) and collaborate with R D teams on product development. Required Qualifications Hands-on laboratory or R D experience through industry, internships, or academic research.

Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with consumer products, cosmetics, or personal care R D.

Knowledge of technical/sensory testing and consumer studies.

Familiarity with experimental design and regulatory documentation.
