We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Technician for a high-impact, 3.5-month contract in Mason, OH. Mason, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $17.00 - 19.37 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Conduct visual and sensory claims testing and perform in-lab screening of formula prototypes to detect differences. Coordinate consumer testing support, including requesting packaging, managing packouts, and leading Nexus documentation and shipments. Manage regulatory processes, utilizing EPASS and Dossier to ensure initiative readiness. Execute technical and sensory testing, consolidating data to help managers deliver final product recommendations. Partner with the technical team to develop product demos and document regional competitive landscape insights.
qualifications:
Required:
Proven R D products research experience focused on executing and documenting technical and sensory testing. Strong technical rigor to accurately produce, review, analyze, and document technical and consumer data points. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to promptly report unexpected laboratory results. Track record of executing project deliverables with excellence, meeting strict quality and timing standards.
Preferred:
Experience with test method design. Experience with product demo development.
