Job Description

A thriving, physician-led, independent private practice in beautiful Southern Oregon is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its growing and highly respected team. Join a collegial practice of 3 Otolaryngologists, 4 APPs, 2 AuDs, and 2 HIS, practicing full-spectrum ENT with adult and pediatric patients.
Position Details:
  • 1 Year Partnership Track and the option for ASC and building buy-in.
  • 4-day work week
  • 1-2 Blocked OR Days per week.
  • $500,000- $550,000 range in year 1 through competitive base salary + production bonuses
  • Up to $60,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus, Residency/Fellowship Stipend up to $3,000/month, and Relocation offered.
  • Built-in referral base. Have patients from the start!
