Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The position may involve some or all of the following. 1. Ability to conduct experiments accurately and promptly 2. Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory instruments 3. Assist in the setup and use of new lab equipment 4. Prepare experiments, set up and assist faculty with laboratory classes 5. Enter, clean, and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets and applicable statistical programs 6. Understand and practice lab safety protocols 7. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes at meetings 8. Collaborate with undergraduate students on research and class projects 9. Assist in responsibilities regarding Makerspace 10. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope, responsibility, and requirements of the position An environment such as the Makerspace also fosters great growth in relation to valuable NACE competencies.Critical Thinking:
