JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Computer Science is seeking a motivated graduate student to work on an interdisciplinary project developing AI agents that simulate human behavior and adaptation during urban disasters. The project combines large language models, real-world data, behavioral science, and theory-driven modeling to build realistic and interpretable simulations for emergency planning and risk communication. The student will have opportunities to work on LLM/AI agent development, data analysis, simulation, and evaluation, with applications to disaster resilience and urban systems. Students with backgrounds in computer science, AI/ML, NLP, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
