In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for creating precise, clear, and visually compelling illustrations that support patent applications and intellectual property filings. Your work will play a crucial role in translating complex technical concepts into accurate visual representations, ensuring our clients' innovations are protected effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine artistic talent with legal expertise, contributing directly to the success of patent prosecution and litigation efforts. Responsibilities Develop high-quality technical drawings and illustrations that meet patent office standards and specifications Collaborate closely with patent attorneys and inventors to understand intricate technical details and translate them into clear visuals Review existing patent drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal requirements Utilize advanced illustration software and tools to produce detailed diagrams, flowcharts, and schematics Maintain organized records of all illustrations, revisions, and related documentation for easy retrieval and reference Stay current with evolving patent office guidelines and industry best practices for technical illustration Requirements Proven experience as a Patent Illustrator/Drafter, or experience in a similar technical illustration role within a legal, architectural, or engineering environment.
