Job Description
- some days you'll recruit and screen participants, other days you'll collect data, process samples, or keep study documentation organized and accurate.
Please Note:
This role is 100% onsite in Morehead City, North Carolina and requires working Monday through Friday, 40-hour work weeks . Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.What You'll Do Study Protocol & Safety:
Conduct study activities in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and protocols; monitor participant safety; and perform scheduled visits and assessments (e.g., vitals, ECGs).Recruitment & Enrollment:
Support recruitment efforts, screen participants, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate documentation.Study Visit Execution:
Perform delegated clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, sample collection/shipping, point-of-care testing, and investigational product accountability.Data Integrity & Compliance:
Complete source documents and CRFs, maintain CTMS records, report adverse events promptly, and ensure investigational product inventory and storage compliance.Site & Administrative Support:
Prepare for monitoring visits and audits, maintain ISF, organize exam rooms and labs, assist with scheduling and participant check-in/out, and support outreach events. You Might Be aGreat Fit If You:
Have a degree in a health, science, or research-related field or equivalent hands-on experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. Are comfortable with clinical tools like blood pressure monitors, ECG machines, or point-of-care testing devices (or are eager to learn). Have strong attention to detail and can maintain accurate, compliant documentation. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with participants, colleagues, and external partners. Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and clinical data systems.
