This includes leading activities aimed to promote, adopt, and embrace a culture of professional practice and attainment of excellence in clinical outcomes. Serves as a liaison to system-level Nursing Institute initiatives including Magnet,® Clinical Scholarship and Inquiry, Quality Improvement, and the Institutional Review Board. Completion of a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program does meet this requirement, or Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire: Professional certification in this field approved by ANCC such as Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), or completed within 2 years of hire into the position 5 years acute care nursing experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (see below) Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or other related area. If the master's degree is not in nursing, then the baccalaureate degree or doctorate must be in Nursing. Direct to Master's Degree in Nursing Program and Registered Nurse licensure (also called Accelerated Nursing Degree Programs) meets the Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree requirements. BSN to PhD program, with or without a formal master's degree meets this requirement.
