Day Shift Help for . Support recruitment and data collection across Aims 1-3. For Aim 1, identify and approach eligible PLWD-caregiver dyads during hospitalization, administer baseline assessments, and conduct 1-month and 3-month post-discharge follow-up assessments. For Aims 2 and 3, assist with recruiting caregivers and providers from hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and community-based settings in Austin and Houston. Conduct in-depth interviews with hospital, SNF, and community-based provider participants. Coordinate with the Baylor Houston site coordinator to promote the study and support consistent implementation of study procedures across sites. Enter, clean, and score quantitative data and support qualitative data coding and analysis. Support daily management and quality monitoring of study data across all three aims. Schedule interviews, order study supplies, and process participant incentive payments. Respond to participant questions and provide study-related information throughout participation.
