The CRA will help run daily clinical trials working closely with study personnel to ensure safe, ethical, and accurate research.
Responsibilities:
Participant Support:
Help pre-screen, recruit, and schedule study volunteers. Greet participants and help prepare them for study visits.
Data Management:
Enter study data accurately into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems. Transcribe information from paper source documents to digital formats.
Laboratory Assistance:
Assist with processing, packaging, and shipping lab samples under protocol guidelines. Collect basic vital signs or perform other non-invasive clinical tasks if trained.
Regulatory & Document Organization:
Maintain trial master files, regulatory binders, and study archives. Keep all paper and electronic files organized and secure.
Team Communication:
Answer phone calls, reply to participant queries, and act as an administrative helper for busy study coordinators.
Job Requirements :
Education:
Formal education in a life science, public health, biology, psychology, or a related healthcare field preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory setting is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database software. Clear verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
