Key Components:
  • Assisting with preparation and programming of research materials in Qualtrics.
  • Assisting with participant recruitment and research data collection.
  • Helping organize and clean survey and eye-tracking data.
  • Assisting with coding and organizing eye-tracking data.
  • Conducting preliminary data organization and descriptive analyses under the supervision of the faculty researcher In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives.

Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for day-to-day tasks May serve as initial contact for in-person guests or callers; provide excellent customer service May generate, prepare and analyze reports or perform forecasting May create creative content or maintain department website(s) May assist with special projects and initiatives supporting departmental goals May assist with planning or coordination of events May assist with identifying areas of improvement and recommend solutions May assist with compliance processes May assist with maintaining internal databases and records May assist with developing processes and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
