Job Description

Triangle Walking Tours Host Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in history or a related field. Experience with public speaking and public history.

Duties:

Arrive at the location of the walking tour prior to its beginning, and meet scheduled guests. Provide the guests with a tour of local sites associated with the city, and a pleasant and informative journey through the city's history. Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive environment on tours to ensure guest satisfaction. Tour hosts receive compensation both in the form of regular hourly pay and tips from guests.
