4-6 Month Contract About the Opportunity EBISU Security Inc. is seeking a licensed Series 24 professional to support the organization on a temporary contract basis. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity for an experienced securities professional who maintains an active Series 24 registration and is interested in a short-term consulting engagement. This position provides principal-level coverage and support while the organization completes an internal licensing and registration process. Responsibilities

• Maintain an active Series 24 registration throughout the duration of the engagement.
• Serve as a registered principal resource for the organization as needed.
• Be available for occasional compliance-related consultation and communications.
• Support required supervisory and regulatory functions consistent with applicable regulations and company policies.

Participate in periodic check-ins with company leadership as needed. • Active FINRA Series 24 license required.
• Prior experience serving as a General Securities Principal.
• Strong understanding of securities industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
