Job Duties:
This position works on a unit with routine contact with incarcerated individuals. Day-to-day functions include disseminating information; preparing documents to consult with the incarcerated individuals in reference to criminal background reports to include current offenses. Gathers information from OnBase Pen Packet to complete the interview. Includes providing technical assistance to program staff. Responsible for final product that will be used to house and assign incarcerated individuals during their stay with the agency, which is placed in the Classification Profile.

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of fulltime customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, technical program support, or criminal justice experience with additional qualifying experience counting toward college credit on a year for year basis. You have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and you are detail oriented with a strong work ethic, making you well-prepared to excel in this position.

You have intake, classification, or criminal justice experience, along with strong typing skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft programs. These abilities help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast¿paced correctional environment.
