Planticular is looking for people who have advanced level experience with taking care of plants, and want to help make New York greener by making it easy for people to tend to their houseplants. 2-3years experience with plant care minimum required.

//www.planticular.com/ Essential Duties The plant care specialist is responsible for:

• tending to plants at a plant owner's home or business. This means watering plants as necessary, reporting on their health status, pruning, providing nutrients, and monitoring for pests.
• answering questions about houseplants for owner's who may not know how to tend to plants
• documenting the plant's health by taking pictures and writing down a description before and after tending to it

• This job will involve attending multiple plant locations in Newport Beach and surrounding areas, depending on your availability.
• To be considered for this role, you will have to present information about the types of plants you have familiarity with , the number of years you have working with plants, your availability, and character references. Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in gardening or farming and familiarity with house plants or horticulture. Includes understanding of different lighting conditions, how to repot plants, how to communicate about plant health proactively, and how to anticipate plant care needs.
• Ability to manage a schedule of multiple plant caretaking sites
• Ability to transparently communicate and integrate feedback
• 18 years or older and living in Newport Beach area
• Possess reliable transportation
• Use a mobile website to schedule availability and log/input forms on a mobile device
• Be able to lift up to 25lbs, ascend ladders, stand for extended periods of time, travel to different locations on foot, speak with clients and guests, and work both indoors and outdoors https://www.
