Job Summary We are seeking an Agronomist/Ag Retail Manager to lead our agricultural business and retail operations. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of an agricultural business and manage the products, people, customers, and services that support farmers.

Responsibilities :

Manage data from diverse sources using advanced data management tools Collaborate with farmers to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and develop tailored crop production solutions. Oversee retail operations including inventory management, product recommendations, and customer service for agricultural supplies. Manage daily operations such as leading and managing a team Skills Strong background in agriculture with hands-on farm experience across various crops; familiarity with growing practices is essential. Knowledge of soil science, crop production systems, genetics, horticulture, and farming practices.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
