Job Description

Assistant Grower - Native Plant Company - North Central Illinois We're looking for a motivated Assistant Grower to join our native plant team!
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily plant production in outdoor nursery operations Water, fertilize, prune, transplant, and monitor plants Help maintain plant health and quality Assist with inventory, orders, and general nursery tasks Work closely with the Head Grower and production team
Qualifications:
2+ years' Plant or horticulture experience Knowledge of native plants Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks Passion for native plants and environmental stewardship Willingness to learn and grow with the team Join us in growing healthy native plants and supporting local ecosystems!
