Job Description

Agronomy Sales Representative Grow Relationships. Deliver Solutions. Make an Impact. A private agronomy consultant company is seeking a driven Agronomist to help growers maximize performance through trusted crop input recommendations and agronomic expertise. This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to producers, helping them make critical decisions that impact yield, profitability, and long-term success. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with growers across the territory Develop customized recommendations for seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and agronomic programs Scout fields, evaluate crop conditions, and identify opportunities to improve performance Partner with customers to develop season-long crop plans that drive results Prospect and grow new business within the assigned territory Stay current on agronomic trends, product innovations, and market conditions What We're Looking For Experience in agronomy sales, crop consulting, ag retail, or production agriculture Strong understanding of crop inputs, agronomic practices, and grower decision-making Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers succeed Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture Applicator license or CCA is a plus Why This Opportunity Join a respected ag consulting company Competitive compensation with strong advancement potential Opportunity to build your book of business and grow your career Work directly with progressive growers and cutting-edge crop solutions If you're ready to combine agronomic knowledge with relationship-driven sales and make a measurable impact in the field, I would love to connect.
