AGRONOMIST / AGRONOMY SUPPORT Are you an agriculture-minded person who enjoys working with farmers, solving problems, and being around interesting people? Do you like a job where every day is a little different? Fleming Feed & Grain is looking for an Agronomist to join our team in Leon, KS! We're looking for someone who: Has an agriculture/agronomy background Enjoys building relationships and talking with farmers and customers Is comfortable answering phones and helping customers Can work confidently with Excel spreadsheets and computer systems Is organized, dependable, and able to keep up in a busy environment Has a good attitude and enjoys working with a fun team Likes agriculture and wants to be involved in the day-to-day business of helping farmers What you'll do: Work daily in our Leon location Assist farmers with agronomy-related needs Communicate with customers by phone and in person Help with crop, chemical, seed, and agronomy information Maintain spreadsheets, records, and other computer work Work with our team to keep things moving during busy seasons Build relationships with customers and become a trusted part of their operation This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine agriculture + people + technology in a family-owned business where you aren't just sitting behind a desk all day.
