- Assist department faculty and staff with a variety of projects, initiatives, and general departmental needs.
- Support recruitment, outreach, student activities, and other department-sponsored events and initiatives.
- Assist with accessibility efforts and the preparation, organization, and updating of departmental and course materials.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including meeting and event setup, scheduling, research, data entry, and organization.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by department faculty and staff. Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in 6 credits or more for Fall and Spring semester.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and others. Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or other credential within Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related program.
- Familiarity with common computer applications and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
