Monday-Friday during construction/startup, transitioning to a 12-hour compressed schedule About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Facilities Ultra-Pure Water Technician to support a new, high-tech manufacturing operation in Peoria, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong UPW, industrial water treatment, or high-purity water experience who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, system optimization, and supporting critical facility operations. What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and maintain UPW systems including RO, UF, EDI, UV, filtration, softeners, degasifiers, and polishing loops . Monitor water-quality parameters including resistivity, TOC, dissolved oxygen, silica, pH, and particle levels. Perform system rounds, data logging, trend monitoring, and alarm response. Troubleshoot equipment failures, abnormal readings, pressure/flow issues, and system trips. Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, filters, membranes, dosing systems, sensors, and instrumentation. Support membrane cleaning, resin changeouts, filter replacement, and chemical cleaning. Maintain accurate CMMS records, operating logs, quality data, and maintenance documentation. Assist with commissioning, equipment qualification, sanitization, startup, and system expansions. Work with engineers and vendors to improve reliability, efficiency, and water quality. What You Bring High school diploma required; technical or trade-school education preferred. 3+ years of UPW, industrial water treatment, or related experience. Hands-on experience with RO, UF, EDI, filtration, and water chemistry . Ability to read P&IDs and system flow diagrams. Experience with water-quality instrumentation and testing equipment. Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other high-purity water experience preferred.
SCADA/BMS
experience is a plus. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, working at elevation, and working in mechanical or confined spaces with appropriate PPE. #Workwolf
