Job Description
THE CITY OF BENTON WILL BE HIRING FOR A FULL TIME POSITION IN THE BENTON WATER DEPARTMENT. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF WATER METERS
;INSTALLING AND REPAIRING WATER MAINS AND VALVES
;INSTALLING, REPAIRING, AND CLEANING OF SEWER LINES AND MANHOLES
;MAKING REPAIRS TO EQUIPMENT WHEN NECESSARY
;AND PERFORM ALL OTHER DUTIES CONNECTED WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEMS. THE INDIVIDUAL FOR THE FULL TIME POSITION MUST OBTAIN A VALID CDL DRIVER'S LICENSE WITHIN SIX
(6)MONTHS AFTER EMPLOYMENT, RESIDE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, AND PASS A COMPLETE PHYSICAL/DRUG SCREENING TEST AND POLICE BACKGROUND CHECK, AND RESIDE WITHIN FRANKLIN COUNTY WITHIN 1 YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT. ALL JOB APPLICATIONS/RESUMES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY CLERK NO LATER THAN
