Job Description
Job Overview Our Cleaning Techs play a pivotal role in maintaining clean and safe environments for the companies we cean for. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing cleaning programs that align with the client's scope of work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office cleaning. Duties Design and develop comprehensive cleaning programs tailored to various client scopes of work. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper cleaning has taken place. Communicate regularly with the owners regarding outcomes and improvements. Skills Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Experience in cleaning offices, bathrooms, and break rooms. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, ensuring that sites are adequately cared for. You will be responsible for cleaning alongside other employees at various sites in Lake Charles and (possibly) Sulphur.
