Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The NB Net Yield Specialist at Northern Pelagic Group LLC is responsible for optimizing net yield processes and strategies within the organization. This role focuses on analyzing and improving yield management systems to enhance profitability and operational efficiency, ensuring that the company maximizes its financial returns from its pelagic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement yield management strategies to optimize net yield performance. Conduct thorough analysis of yield data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align yield strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor market conditions and adjust yield management practices accordingly. Provide detailed reports and insights on yield performance to senior management. Utilize advanced analytical tools to forecast yield outcomes and support decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in yield management practices. Train and mentor team members on yield optimization techniques and best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine yield management processes to drive efficiency and profitability.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the seafood industry, with a focus on yield management or net yield analysis. Proven track record of improving yield efficiencies and reducing waste in a production environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement yield improvement strategies. Familiarity with industry regulations and sustainability practices is preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools relevant to yield management. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
