Amended Employment Application.xlsx The Kingston Water Department has an immediate opening for a Skilled Laborer. This is a full-time, non-competitive position within the City Civil Service.
The minimum qualifications include:
Graduation from high school (or GED Equivalency Diploma). Physical ability commensurate with work involving the repair and maintenance of water mains, valves, hydrants, and other water distribution maintenance work. The successful candidate must possess a valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record.
