Job Description

Job Summary The Water Well & Pump Specialist plays a critical role in installing, inspecting, and maintaining water wells and pump systems. Working primarily within small teams and reporting directly to the owner, this role requires frequent travel to various field sites to ensure optimal system performance and water quality. The specialist is essential in troubleshooting issues and providing expert repair services while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Install water pumps according to specifications Conduct thorough inspections of water wells and related equipment Perform routine system maintenance to ensure reliability Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and effectively Repair equipment to restore functionality Test water quality to verify safety and compliance Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in water well service and pump systems High school diploma or equivalent Skilled in pump installation and water well maintenance Strong troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of safety compliance standards Physical stamina to perform fieldwork Excellent customer service skills Effective problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications Valid Driver's License Clean Driving Record Licensed pump installer preferred Compensation Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skill level. Compensation will be discussed with the selected candidate during the hiring process. Probationary Period Employment will begin with a six-month probationary period to evaluate performance, qualifications, and suitability for the position.
