Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Roustabout with experience in poly pipe installation, water transfer operations, or related oilfield services . The ideal candidate will be familiar with laying, connecting, repairing, pressure testing, and maintaining HDPE/poly pipe systems while working in demanding field environments.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain poly pipe and water transfer systems. Assist with water transfer operations, pumps, manifolds, valves, and hoses. Perform general roustabout duties, including equipment setup, maintenance, and job site cleanup. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with poly pipe, HDPE fusion, or water transfer operations is strongly preferred. Oilfield experience required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work long hours in a physically demanding environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Must be local to the Midland/Odessa area. This role is ideal for someone coming from a water transfer company who understands the pace of oilfield operations and can contribute immediately with minimal training.
