Installer/Service Technician Location:

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Description:

Join our team as an Installer, where you will be an essential part of a crew responsible for installing garage doors on commercial job sites. This role offers a dynamic work environment with regional travel while ensuring you are home every night. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasional Saturday work is on a voluntary basis.

Responsibilities:

Participate in regional travel to job sites, meeting at the shop each morning with your crew. Work as part of a two-person crew, starting as a laborer/helper with opportunities to advance to a lead role. Perform tasks such as hardwiring doors, setting tracks, and putting up springs. Assist in physically demanding installations and be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including winter elements.

Essential Skills:

1-2 years of construction experience preferred but not required. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. Tape measure proficiency. Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical, troubleshooting, electrical, and repair skills. Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
