This position is responsible to assist the City Engineer with administrative oversight, leadership, planning, coordinating and implementation of the Engineering Division in order to ensure essential services are provided to plan, design, construct, and maintain the public infrastructure and provide for public safety, health and welfare.Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

Engineering Other Requirements:
- Previous intern or work experience in engineering for an Engineer I
- APWA Certification as a Stormwater Manager or Public Infrastructure Inspector for an Engineer II or III
- EIT Certification for an Engineer II
- PE for an Engineer III
- A qualified PE licensure has the potential for promotion to Assistant City Engineer Veteran's preference points are acknowledged in the City's hiring process.
