Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance (Part-Time) Siebkens Resort -

Elkhart Lake, WI Pay:

$18-$25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

~5 hours/day, 3 days/week (flexible) Siebkens Resort is seeking a reliable, hands-on Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Team Member to help maintain our historic property. This role is ideal for an experienced handyman, semi-retired professional, or anyone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and mentoring a small team. Key Responsibilities Perform daily pool maintenance (cleaning, monitoring, and chemical testing) Oversee and assist with seasonal grounds crew tasks Complete general maintenance and repair work, including: Plumbing fixes (toilets, sinks, minor leaks) Window and screen repairs Basic restaurant equipment repairs Light mechanical and facility repairs Assist with landscaping and overall property upkeep Identify maintenance issues and communicate needs to management Help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for guests and staff Qualifications Prior maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience required Working knowledge of plumbing, mechanical systems, and general repairs Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs General Expectations Treat guests, coworkers, and vendors with professionalism and respect Maintain a positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude Complete assigned tasks and communicate progress with supervisors Respond promptly to guest and property needs Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Report equipment issues or damage Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic Employee Housing (Optional) Limited dorm-style housing may be available for seasonal staff (18+): Double occupancy rooms Located near the resort in
