Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary Compassionate Care Animal Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first and last point of contact in the service of our clients. As the "face" of our clinic, you will set the tone for all personal interactions. Previous office experience is a required . Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Schedule and manage appointments using calendar management tools. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently on the IMPOMED medical program. Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment. Assist technicians. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. medical program. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks rapidly and effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Physical health and stamina to keep the office clean and the ability lift animals up to 40 pounds.
