Seasonal Landscape Team Member The Osthoff Resort & Spa is seeking an individual to join our Grounds Crew as a Seasonal Landscape Team Member. This position is a full-time seasonal role that helps maintain our resort's ground, parking lots, and gardens to the AAA Four Diamond standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general and daily landscape maintenance of the resort's grounds and gardens including but not limited to mowing, planting, watering, pruning, weeding, mulching, and removal of trash Ensure that the resort grounds are presented and maintained at AAA Four Diamond standards Assist with larger-scale landscape beautification projects Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Operation of light mowing equipment and utility transport vehicles All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age, 18+ preferred Ability to lift 50 + lbs. on a regular basis Weekend and holiday availability Strong customer/guest service skills Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Willing and able to work outside in various weather conditions Ability to kneel, bend, twist, reach, stand, climb ladders, and shovel on a frequent basis Ability to operate light mowing equipment and transport vehicles Positive attitude and a willingness to take direction Attention to detail Must have a valid driver's license Knowledge of plant and weed identification a plus Why Work at the Osthoff Resort & Spa?
