Seasonal Lifeguard

Duties Vigilantly monitor pool areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies using established safety protocols Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, skimming, and ensuring water quality meets health standards Conduct regular pool inspections, including checking chemical levels and equipment functionality Assist guests with pool access, provide information about amenities, and deliver excellent guest services with a friendly attitude Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for everyone Assist with heavy lifting during pool setup or maintenance activities and support overall pool area cleanliness Skills Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and cleaning techniques Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling equipment or supplies Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Prior experience in pool cleaning or related maintenance tasks is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to ensure safety while delivering memorable guest experiences.
