In this energetic role, you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests by monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing exceptional guest services. Your proactive presence will help create a fun, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Responsibilities Constantly monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules Maintain fun and friendly atmosphere with members and guests Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment inspections Support in setting up and breaking down pool facilities for daily operations or special events Document incidents, safety checks, and maintenance activities accurately in logs Requirements Red Cross & CPR Certification or pending certification.
