Seasonal Recreation Team Member

Make summer fun happen. Lake Adventure Community Association is hiring Seasonal Recreation Team Members to help create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our campground community during the summer season. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and helping bring activities and events to life, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Help lead and support recreational activities for residents and guests Assist with games, crafts, family activities, tournaments, and special events Support operations of recreational areas, including miniature golf and activity spaces Set up, monitor, and clean-up activities and recreation spaces Help keep recreation areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day Assist with trash removal, light clean-up, and general upkeep of recreation areas Welcome participants and help create an inclusive, positive environment Support seasonal events, holiday weekends, and community programming Help enforce safety guidelines and recreation rules Work closely with the Recreation Coordinator and seasonal recreation team Pitch in where needed to help the team deliver a great experience What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with people of all ages Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to be hands-on and help with both activities and site upkeep Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment Willingness to work outdoors in summer weather Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Prior recreation, camp, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
