• Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel's booking system
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Requirements
• Experience with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is beneficial
