Leadership Teaching Full Job Description Job Title:

Middle School Principal Job Summary:

Permanent full-time position with a start date of July 1, 2026. Enrollment 300. Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and curriculum. Supervise and support teachers, staff, and students to maintain a positive and effective school climate. Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, discipline, safety, and extracurricular activities. Lead professional development opportunities and instructional improvement efforts for staff. Communicate regularly with parents, community members, and district leadership. Manage the school budget and resources responsibly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with district policies, state and federal regulations, and educational standards. Support student academic growth, social-emotional well-being, and positive behavior initiatives.

Qualifications:

Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification Previous successful teaching experience, with administrative or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Commitment to fostering a supportive, student-centered school culture.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 245 day contract, including some evenings and weekends for school events and meetings.
