Job Description

Overview Professional office in the Eaton area is looking for a full-time secretary/receptionist. The candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have great customer service skills. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone system, transfer calls & take messages. Greeting clients warmly and directing them appropriately. Assembly of client packets, document copy and scanning. Handle all clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and supporting clients or visitors with their needs. Occasional overtime and weekends required. Experience Previous office or clerical experience is required; familiarity with front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferable to find someone local or with a short commute.
