Atlantic Security, Inc. is a privately owned company based in Chestertown, Maryland, specializing in custom low-voltage systems including fire alarms, burglary systems, CCTV, access control, and networking technologies. Established in 1977, we have been protecting homes and businesses on Maryland's Eastern Shore for nearly 50 years. Job Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Must pass a pre-employment background check with no criminal convictions Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A clean and professional appearance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders, working on lifts, and working in all weather conditions Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools Basic computer proficiency and interest in electronics technology Strong willingness to learn low-voltage technology Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must reside on the Eastern Shore within approximately 30 minutes of Chestertown Preferred Qualifications Experience installing or servicing security, CCTV, and access control systems Familiarity with networking concepts and IP-based systems Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring infrastructure We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong aptitude for the trade.
