Security Guard

Full-Time Position — 40 Hours Per Week Uwharrie Point Community Association is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment throughout our gated community. This position plays an important role in monitoring property access, patrolling the community, assisting residents and guests, and addressing security concerns within the community. The ideal candidate is observant, courteous, calm under pressure, and committed to providing excellent service while ensuring community safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and control access to Uwharrie Point entrances and facilities Enforce community access procedures and security policies Patrol the community regularly to ensure safety and security Conduct traffic and radar monitoring within the community Respond promptly to resident concerns and service calls Prepare accurate daily activity logs and incident reports Provide assistance, information, and directions to residents and visitors Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information Report security concerns, violations, and unusual activity to the Security Supervisor Represent the community in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
