Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Rover Patrol in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and vehicle screening processes to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of site activity. Support incident reporting, equipment checks, and communication with local leadership and/or first responders while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
