PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with school personnel and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, athletic spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity during school and after-school hours, following location protocols for entry, identification, and restricted area access. Support daily school operations by assisting with traffic flow, monitoring common areas, and reporting maintenance, policy, and/or behavioral concerns through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
